Your health and safety is important to us. We know there are concerns over COVID-19 and we wanted to let you know how the sales center at Captain’s Cove is responding.
The employees in our sales center are practicing regular handwashing / sanitizing. When you visit, we are not shaking hands, but our sales team will greet you warmly. In addition to our regular cleaning schedule, we are cleaning the high touch areas of the sales office including handles, switches and countertops each day and after customer appointments. Masks are required when entering the sales center. We will also ask you to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when you arrive.
We are happy to setup a personal meeting with one of our sales team members for you. As well, we are happy to discuss your new home by phone at any time.
Employees are required to stay home if they are sick and we encourage our customers to do so as well. We are continually monitoring the situation for the safety of our Customers and Team Members. We appreciate everyone’s patience during this time.
